Each month you'll receive:

• A letter with personal reflections from my heart and an invitation to slow down and care for yours

• A 5x7 art print to keep or pass on (Each letter from me includes a prompt at the end inviting you to use the print to encourage someone else—through a note, a memory, or a simple act of gratitude) For example: "Using the art you received in this letter—or one of your own choosing—write a letter to someone and thank them for a specific moment with them that impacted you, one they may not even know about. Did they follow up where others remained silent? Did they initiate where others sat back? Did they hear you say that small comment in the room when no one else was listening? Think not just about what they have done for you, but who they are to you."

• A 4x6 recipe card with a favorite meal, plus Table Talk questions to gather people around and spark meaningful conversation

The heart and hope of The Table mail club is to find the beauty and whimsy in the mundane moments where simple hospitality can cultivate a space of rich conversations upon having rich meals! Though I think the stickers and trinkets are fun in other mail clubs, I wanted every piece to be simple, intentional, and be an active invitation for you to not only receive from my table, but also give from yours.
